On September 14, China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) placed about 240 million H shares in Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 16 HKD per share, raised 3. 82 billion HKD in total. The total H shares placed this time were about 239 million shares, accounting 19. 9% of the total H Shares issued by CNBM.
